I like hoe the look is as if a futuristic pirate were merged with a comboy. That's interesting although I would like it better if it didn't have the cape and had a more cowboy-like hat. The boots could use a goo re-design too. One thing that would be awesome is if he had a pistols or maybe even dual pistols. Maybe it/they would look like a cross between a single-action revolver and a one-shot flintlock pistol used by pirates. That would be boss.

You are a god at detailing and shading, but you should really do something about the pose of your characters. A lot of time they are standing in a very, very awkward position. :/
